JUDGEMENT Rakesh Kumar and j. JJ. 1. Heard Shri Vikramadeo Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, Shri Shivendra Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party no.2 and Shri Lala Kailash Bihari Prasad, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the State. 2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners makes a prayer for withdrawal of this application with liberty to raise all the pleas, which have been taken in this case at the stage of charge. Prayer is allowed. 3. This petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as indicated above. 4. In view of rejection of this petition, the interim order of stay dated 7.3.2000 stands automatically vacated. 5. Let a copy of this order be sent to the court below forthwith.
