JUDGMENT Rakesh Kumar Garg J.(Oral).:- This is plaintiff’s revision petition seeking directions to the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Moga, to decide Civil Suit No.454 of 16.08.2002, titled as ‘Gurpreet Singh versus Satpal Nirmal’, expeditiously and within a stipulated period. 2. After noticing the fact that in the present case, issues were framed on 23.10.2002 and thereafter till date, the case was not fixed for leading evidence of the parties notice of motion was issued to the respondents. Explanation of the Presiding Officer of the Court was called. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has no objection in the speedy disposal of the civil suit pending before the court. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that now the recording of the evidence of plaintiff has started. 4. In view of the aforesaid fact, at this stage, no further directions are required to be passed. However, it is observed that the trial Court will dispose of the suit expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from today. Disposed of. ---------------
