Order This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 14.7.2009 passed by 2nd Additional Munsif, Ranchi in Title (Eviction) Suit No.2 of 2006 allowing the amendment of the plaint. 2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that after about five months of framing of issues, such amendment was allowed. He relied on the judgment of the Supreme Court in Vidyabai and Others VS. Padmalatha and Another (AIR 2009 Supreme Court 1433). 3. Mr. Ashutosh Anand, counsel appearing for the respondent, submitted that in view of the growing necessity, such amendment was necessary. 4. It appears that the learned court below has found such amendment necessary for deciding the suit properly. 5. I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of my supervisory power under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. However, no costs. 6. Petitioner may file additional written statement, if so advised, within three weeks. 7. With these observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. However, no costs.
