JUDGMENT 1. - Mr. Bhagwan Das Agarwal, the complainant is present before this Court. He has been identified by Mr. M.K. Kaushik before this Court. Mr. Agarwal has stated that a compromise has been entered between his daughter Suchita Agarwal and him on the one side, and the petitioners on the other side. Neither he, nor his daughter wish to pursue the criminal or civil cases against the petitioners. He further states that an application under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act has been filed before the concerned Court for divorce by mutual consent. A copy of the compromise has been filed before this court as Annexure-2. 2. Considering the fact that the complainant and the petitioners entered into a compromise, considering the fact that both the complainant and the petitioners have given an undertaking that they do not wish to pursue the criminal and civil proceedings against each other, except the petition under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, this Court allows this petition and quashes the FIR No.100/2010 registered at Police Station Bhiwadi, District Alwar. However, a liberty is granted to the complainant that in case the petitioners were to disregard the terms of the compromise, the complainant shall be free to recommence the criminal proceedings against the petitioners.Petition disposed of. *******
