JUDGMENT Rakesh Kumar Garg, J. (Oral).:- Mr. Karan Avtar Singh, Principal Secretary (Finance) Government of Punjab, Chandigarh and Ms. Poonam Pandey, Accountant General, Punjab are present in Court. Separate Affidavits of Mr. Karan Avtar Singh, Principal Secretary (Finance) Government of Punjab, Chandigarh and Ms. Poonam Pandey, Accountant General, Punjab have been filed, which are taken on record. 2. Mr. Rajesh Garg, Additional Advocate General Punjab who is appearing on behalf of the petitioners states that in view of the orders passed by the Government of Punjab attached as Annexures MA-I and the office of the Accountant General Punjab Annexures MA-II and the Accountant General Haryana MA-III, a new pension payment order has been issued in the name of the decree holder and the competent authority has been directed to release the payment. 3. In case the payment of the decree holder is released on the basis of the orders attached with the affidavit of Mahendra Singh, Deputy Accountant General (Pension), Punjab, the attachment orders passed by the trial Court shall be vacated. Accordingly the rule is discharged. 4. Consequently, this revision is disposed of. -------------------------
