Judgment :- 1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Learned counsel for the petitioner also prays for one week time to give reply to the notice dated 03.03.2010. Permission is granted. 2. Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and one week time is granted to the petitioner to submit a reply to the notice dated 03.03.2010 from today (24.03.2010). No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
