Judgment :- This Civil Revision Petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to direct the learned V Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of C.M.A.No.175 of 2009, on merits and in accordance with law, within a stipulated time. 2. It has been stated that the petitioner had filed a suit, in O.S.No.3833 of 2009, on the file of the IV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, praying for the relief of bare injunction. The petitioner had also filed an interlocutory application, in I.A.No.7179 of 2009, praying for an order of interim injunction, during the pendency of the said suit. By an order, dated 30.10.2009, the learned IV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, had dismissed the interlocutory application. Hence, the petitioner has preferred a civil miscellaneous appeal, in C.M.A.No.175 of 2009, on the file of the V Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, challenging the said order. 3. At this stage of the hearing of the civil revision petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that this Court may be pleased to direct the learned V Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of C.M.A.No.175 of 2009, within a stipulated period. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has no objection for this Court, passing such an order. 5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, the learned V Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, is directed to hear and dispose of C.M.A.No.175 of 2009, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
