JUDGEMENT Rakesh Kumar and j. JJ. 1. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the grounds, which have been taken in the present case at the stage of charge. Prayer is allowed. 2. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as indicated above. 3. In this case, on 1.3.2000, while admitting, this Court had directed that pending disposal of this application, the prosecution of the petitioner under Sections 3, 5, 10 and 15 of Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe (Prohibition of Atrocity)Act shall remain stayed. 4. In view of rejection of this petition, interim order of stay dated 1.3.2000 stands automatically vacated. 5. Let a copy of this order be sent to the court below forthwith.
