ORDER : 1. Mr. A.D.N. Rao, learned counsel representing respondent No. 9 requests for an adjournment to enable him to file short reply affidavit. Ms. Anitha Shenoy, learned counsel representing the State of Karnataka and other official respondents of the State also requests for a short time to file additional reply affidavit. Their request is accepted and time is granted them to file affidavits by 23.11.2010. The petitioner may file rejoinder affidavit by 26.11.2010. 2. List the case on 29.11.2010. 3. In the meanwhile, respondent No.9 Superintending Archaeologist, Archaeological Survey of India shall personally inspect the site of the temple as also the area in which mining activities was carried out prior to this Courts stay, K. Guruprasad Rao vs. State of Karnataka, (2012) 12 SCC 722 (2) and the effect of the mining activities on Sri Jambunatheshwara Temple, near Hospet Town, Bellary District and submit his report along with the reply-affidavit.
