Judgment :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the Civil Revision Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners had submitted that it would suffice, if the learned I Additional District Munsif, Salem, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.1208 of 2009, in O.S.No.553 of 2009, within a period specified by this Court. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. It had also been submitted that a counter had also been filed by the respondents, in I.A.No.1208 of 2009. In such circumstances, the learned I Additional District Munsif, Salem is directed to dispose of I.A.No.1208 of 2009, in O.S.No.553 of 2009, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of . No costs.
