JUDGMENT Mahesh Grover, J.:- C.M.No.8392-CII of 2010 Allowed as prayed for. C.R.No.2210 of 2010 This is a revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for quashing order dated 26.11.2009 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana (hereinafter referred to as ‘the trial Court’) in Civil Suit No.99 of 18.5.1998 vide which the application of the petitioners under Order 9 Rule 7 of the C.P.C. was dismissed. 2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and have perused the impugned order. 3. Concededly, the suit was filed in the year 1998 and the petitioners, who were impleaded as defendants therein, had been proceeded ex parte five times and were permitted to join the proceedings by the trial Court. The impugned order has been passed when the petitioners again defaulted in appearance. The reason for their non-appearance as given by the petitioners is not plausible and satisfactory so as to warrant any further indulgence in favour of the petitioners, who had successfully thwarted the process of law for the last twelve years. In view of the facts narrated above, I do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order. Dismissed. --------------
