Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the civil revision petition, the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the respondents, had submitted that the trial had already commenced in the suits, in O.S.No.9019 of 2008 and O.S.Nos.1018 and 2469 of 2009, on the file of the II Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. In such circumstances, no further orders are necessary in the present civil revision petition. However, the learned counsels had prayed that this Court may be pleased to direct the II Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to hear and dispose of the said suits, within a specified period. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, the learned II Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, is directed to hear and dispose of the suits, as expeditiously as possible, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
