Hon'ble SINGH, J.—Heard learned counsel for the appellant. Perused the award passed by the learned Tribunal. 2. The appellant has challenged the award praying for enhancement of the amount of compensation awarded on account of the injuries suffered by the appellant in a motor accident. 3. The learned Tribunal has awarded Rs.70,000/- for the injuries, which has been described as a fracture on the right leg, which is the grievous in nature and one simple injury. 4. The submission of the learned counsel for the appellant is that the learned Tribunal has erred in awarding an amount of Rs.70,000/- by way of lump-sum compensation without breaking up the compensation amount and awarding the compensation under the different heads. 5. While there may be some substance in the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, however, looking to the totality of the amount of compensation awarded with interest, I am of the opinion that it cannot be said that the compensation awarded in this case is not a just compensation. 6. In the facts and circumstances, the miscellaneous appeal fails and is accordingly dismissed.
