JUDGMENT Ajai Lamba, J. (Oral).:- This petition has been filed under Section 439(1) Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.45 dated 22.7.2009 under Sections 382, 451, 395, 458, 170, 171, 120-B IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act registered with Police Station, Sadiq, District Faridkot. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that he does not press the petition on behalf of petitioner No.1, Karam Singh. 3. Petition qua petitioner No.1, Karam Singh, is disposed of as not pressed. 4. In regard to petitioner No.2, Bhupinder Singh @ Bhinda, learned counsel contends that no recovery has been effected from him. Rifle of .315 bore has been recovered from Ramdoor Singh, and therefore, there is no evidence to connect petitioner No.2 with the incident. Considering the above, petition qua petitioner No.2, Bhupinder Singh @ Bhinda, is allowed. Bail to the satisfaction of Trial Court. Heavy surety. --------------
