Hon'ble SINGH, J.—Heard learned counsel for the appellant. 2. Perused the award passed by the learned Tribunal. 3. This is an appeal filed by the claimant for enhancement of the amount of compensation of Rs.235532/- with interest @ 6% per annum awarded to the claimant for the injuries received. 4. Submission of the learned counsel for the appellant is that as per the Disability Certificate there was a disability of 15% on account of the injuries received which the learned Tribunal for the purposes of computation of compensation has reduced to 10%. 5. Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, I find that on account of the injuries suffered by the claimant no adverse effect so far as the service of the appellant and his ability to earn and perform his duties as a Teacher in the Government service have been affected and he continuous in his job. Even the medical bills have been taken into account while determining the compensation, when as per the service condition the appellant was entitled to reimbursement of the same and it is not the case that the same were not reimbursed. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, therefore, it cannot be said that the amount of compensation of Rs.235532/- is inadequate or unjust. 7. No interference is called for. 8. The miscellaneous appeal is accordingly dismissed summarily.
