ORDER : 1. The Minutes of Meeting for Universal Access to Second Line Treatment of HIV is taken on Record and marked as ‘X.’ The said Minutes shall be treated as the Order of this Court. The matter needs to be monitored in phases. Consequently, this writ petition to stand over for twelve weeks. On completion of twelve weeks, the petitioners will submit a status report.
