Judgment :- 1. According to the petitioner a representation was made by the people belonging to the Adidravidar community to the first respondent on 23.09.2009 for granting house site patta. This petition was considered by the first respondent and by D.O. letter dated 23.09.2009, the first respondent requested the second respondent to look into the matter personally and directed to issue patta as early as possible. 2. Thereafter another representation has been made on 30.09.2009 by the Adidravidar community people of the village which was also directed to be considered by the second respondent and the second respondent has also made an endorsement directing the third respondent to personally look into the matter. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is also one such person belonging to the Adidravidar community of the village and the petitioner has also made a separate individual request on 26.10.2009, and since no orders has been passed the petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking directions to second and third respondents to consider the representation dated 26.10.2009. 4. In the light of the D.O letter dated 23.09.2009, the first respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of house site patta within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
