ORDER 1. The petitioner before this Court has filed this present petition challenging the appointment of respondent No.5. The contention of the petitioner is that respondent No.5 while submitting an application for the post of Aanganwadi Worker has submitted a forged and fabricated mark -sheet and therefore, the appointment is bad in law. The petitioner has enclosed Annexure P/1 dated 19.9.2005, wherein, the Head Master has certified that the mark-sheet submitted by respondent No.5 is a forged and fabricated one. The petitioner has raised other grounds also in the present writ petition. . . 2. A reply has been filed on behalf of the respondent/State and the contention of the respondent/State is that they have verified the mark-sheet issued to the respondent No.5 from the Board in question and the Head Master has certified vide letter dated 29.8.2005 that the mark-sheet of respondent No.5 is a genuine mark-sheet and he has qualified the 6th standard examination in the year 1979-80. 3. The respondent No.5 has also filed a reply and she has enclosed a copy of the scholer register of the school and the her name finds place in the same. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties at length and perused the record. 5. In the present case, keeping in view the fact the respondent No.5 has qualified 6th standard examination and, there is a certificate to the effect on record, no case for interference is made out in the matter in the Peculiar facts and circumstances of the case. Resultantly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
