Hon'ble SINGH, J.—Heard learned counsel for claimant-appellant. 2. Perused the award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (A.D.J. (Fast Track)), Jaipur City, Jaipur dated 29.01.2010 awarding an amount of Rs.86760/- to the claimant appellant towards compensation for the injuries suffered in the motor accident. 3. The appellant was a rickshaw puller and suffered injury of fracture of the right leg (femur). The learned Tribunal has awarded compensation of Rs.56,500/- for permanent disability and physical agony, Rs.13,260/- for reimbursement of medical expenses based upon the evidence produced and further three months income @ Rs.3000/- per month apart from Rs.5000/- towards pain and suffering and Rs.3000/- towards dietary expenses. 4. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case and the amount of compensation, which has been awarded, it cannot be said that the amount awarded is inadequate so as to call for interference in appeal. 5. The miscellaneous appeal fails and is, accordingly, dismissed summarily.
