JUDGMENT We have heard Shri Rama Shanker Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Archana Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1, and perused the record. 2. It appears that the petitioner was appointed as Trained Graduate Teacher (Hindi) on 12.9.1986 by the respondent no.3. Disciplinary proceedings were taken against the petitioner, and ultimately she was awarded punishment of dismissal from service by the order dated 6.5.2003 (Annexure-1 to the Writ Petition). The Appeal filed by the petitioner was dismissed by the order dated 9.10.2003 (Annexure-2 to the Writ Petition). 3. Thereafter, the petitioner filed an Original Application being Original Application No. 1432 of 2003 before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad (in short "the Tribunal"). 4. Copy of the ordersheet of the aforesaid Original Application, pending before the Tribunal, has been filed as Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition. 5. From a perusal of the ordersheet, it appears that the Tribunal in its order dated 11.3.2005 noted that the pleadings in the aforesaid Original Application were complete. It further transpires from the ordersheet that an Expedite Application was filed on behalf of the petitioner before the Tribunal for expeditious hearing of the aforesaid Original Application. By the order dated 10.2.2006, the said application was allowed. 6. It further appears from the ordersheet that another Expedite Application was filed on behalf of the petitioner, which was rejected by the Tribunal by the order dated 23.10.2009. 7. In the order dated 8.12.2009 appearing on the ordersheet, the Tribunal has, interalia, observed "Since the pleadings are complete, list this case for final hearing on 21.01.2010." 8. The present Writ Petition has been filed, interalia, praying for giving direction to the Tribunal (respondent no.2) to decide the aforesaid Original Application expeditiously. 9. Having regard to the facts and circumstances emerging from the record and having regard to the various orders passed on the ordersheet of the aforesaid Original Application, we are of the opinion that no directions are required to be given to the Tribunal as we hope and trust that the Tribunal will decide the matter expeditiously. 10. Subject to the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
