Judgment :- The writ petition has been filed praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the Notice Ma.A.7 Na.Ka.No.E.2/1258/2010 published in Tender Bulletin dated 18.2.2010. 2. The Counsel for the respondent was directed to get instruction at 1.00 P.M to this Court. The duly authorised officer Assistant Executive Engineer Mr.N.Sabagnanam reported and instructed that the Tender Bulletin has been wrongly issued for the period 2008-09 and that is a mistake committed at the time of printing, the relevant period should have been 2010-11. They under took to withdraw the Tender Bulletin in proceedings Na.Ka.No.E.2/1258/2010 dated 18.02.2010 and issue a fresh Bulletin for the relevant period. 3. In view of the above, the impugned Tender bulletin is set aside and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
