Judgment :- 1. This civil revision petition has been filed against the order, dated 10.2.2010, made in I.A.No.34 of 2010, in O.S.No.15 of 2010, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tirupattur. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the civil revision petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners had submitted that the petitioners would have no objection for the appointment of an advocate commissioner, along with the surveyor. However, the petitioners are under the apprehension that the respondents may obliterate the cart track, which is already in existence in the suit property and that the respondents may fence the area in question. 3. The petitioners are not in a position to show that the apprehension is well-founded. However, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the report to be filed by the Advocate Commissioner, it would be open to the petitioners to raise their objections, if any, in the manner known to law. Since, the civil revision petition is devoid of merits, it stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
