JUDGEMENT 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 2. The claim in this application is to be considered for promotion in the category of Junior Selection Grade and Senior Selection Grade in Bihar Education Service Grade-I with effect from October, 1992 and October, 1996 respectively, 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents do not make such consideration unless and until a person obtains a direction from the Court for consideration. In support of the submission, he relies upon an order of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 729 of 2000 and the order in C.W.J.C. No. 12084 of 2009, passed thereupon only whereafter the petitioners therein have been considered and granted their due promotion. 4. This Court has more than expressed its anguish with regard to the conduct of the petitioners in C.W.J.C. No. 729 of 2000 and there is no need to reiterate the same. 5. Let the respondents consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.7.2005 and 3.7.2009 in like manner within a maximum period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order as directed in C.W.J.C. No. 729 of 2000, and grant such promotion in accordance with law, from the date so granted to his junior. 6. The writ application stands disposed with the aforesaid direction.
