JUDGEMENT 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State and the counsel for Women Development Corporation. 2. Petitioner is not. being allowed the benefit of the orders of this Court dated 18.5.2010 passed in L.P.A. No. 668/2010, Annexure-6, whereunder the District Project Manager appointed pursuant to Advertisement, Annexure-1 has been allowed extension beyond one year until fresh appointment is made on the post of District Project Manager. It is submitted that as the petitioner did not challenge the orders of this Court dated 3.11.2009 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13716 of 2009*, Annexure-4 she shall not be allowed the benefit of extension of service until fresh appointment is made. 3. Once the orders of this Court dated 3.11.2009 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13716 of 2009*, Annexure-4 has been modified to the extent that the District Project Manager has been allowed extension until fresh appointment is made, same benefit should be allowed even to the petitioner although she may not be a party in Annexure-6 and with this direction the writ petition is disposed of.
