Learned counsel for the parties have agreed that these matters can be disposed of in terms of the order dated 12th December 2006 passed by this Court in Special Leave Petition (C) No. 8609 of 2006. 4. Accordingly, direct that the appellants herein shall be allowed to continue to carry on their vending activities at the sites which they were earlier holding subject to the finalisation of the Scheme for the adjustment of the vendors. 5. Appeals are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
