Judgment :- 1. This transfer civil miscellaneous miscellaneous petition has been filed to withdraw the suit, in O.S.No.575 of 2006, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Villupuram, and to transfer the same to any other Court outside Villupuram District. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners had submitted that in view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition this Court may be pleased to pass appropriate orders, to withdraw and transfer the suit, in O.S.No.575 of 2006, from the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Villupuram, to any other Court outside Villupuram District. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf the respondent had stated that this Court may pass appropriate orders, as it thinks fit, in the facts and circumstances of the case. 4. In such circumstances, this Court finds it appropriate to withdraw the suit, in O.S.No.575 of 2006, pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Villupuram, and to transfer the same to the District Munsif Court, Cuddalore. It is further directed that after the suit is transferred and renumbered on the file of the District Munsif Court, Cuddalore, the learned District Munsif, Cuddalore, shall hear and dispose of the suit, as expeditiously as possible, not later than six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
