RAKESH KUMAR GARG

body2010
Judgment Rakesh Kumar Garg, J. 1. Application is allowed subject to all just exceptions. CR No. 5041 of 2009 2. The petitioner has filed the instant petition challenging the order dated 3.8.2009 passed by the Tribunal whereby his evidence has been closed by order. 3. From the perusal of the petition, I find that the petitioner has not given the necessary particulars with regard to the respondent arrayed in this petition. Only a true copy of the impugned order is attached. On the asking of the Court learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner produced a certified copy of the impugned order, which is taken on record. Parties name in the true typed copy attached with the petition and the certified copy do not tally. Thus, the copy of the impugned order is not a true copy. Thus, I find no reason to exercise my jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
