JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. On having considered the overall facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that the dispute between the parties had taken place on account of cutting of trees in their agricultural field and the fact that after completion of the investigation, challan has been filed against both the parties for the offences under Section 307 I.P.C., I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 3. Consequently, the bail application is allowed. 4. It is ordered that the accused-petitioner Shivcharan @ Shibban S/o Girraj in F.I.R. No. 196/2010, registered at Police Station Kherli, District Alwar, shall be released on bail; provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- and two surety bonds of Rs. 25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.Bail application allowed. *******
