Judgment :- At this stage of the hearing of the Civil Revision Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties concerned had submitted that the learned II Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, may be directed to dispose of the suit, in O.S.No.11651 of 2009, within a specified period. 2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, the II Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, is directed to hear and dispose of the suit, in O.S.No.11651 of 2009, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2009 is closed.
