Judgment :- 1. The learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned had submitted that, for the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, the suit, in O.S.No.50/2006, on the file of the learned Fast Track Judge, No.I, Poonamallee, may be transferred to the file of the District Court, Thiruvallur. 2. It has also been stated that all the other respondents had filed a similar transfer petition before the District Court, Thiruvallur, for transferring the connected civil suits, to be heard along with O.S.No.50 of 2006, on the file of the District Court, Thiruvallur. It has also been stated that the other respondents would have no objections for allowing the Civil Miscellaneous Petition, as prayed for by the petitioner. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the suit, in O.S.No.50 of 2006, on the file of the learned Fast Track Judge, No.I, Poonamallee, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the District Court, Thiruvallur, to be heard and disposed of, on merits, after giving notice to all the parties concerned. After the suit, in O.S.No.50 of 2006, is transferred to the file of the District Court, Thiruvallur, and renumbered, it shall be disposed of by the learned District Judge, Thiruvallur, within a period of four months thereafter. The Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2009 is closed.
