Judgment :- At this stage of the hearing of the Civil Revision Petition, both the counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned had submitted that it would suffice if the learned District Munsif, Sathyamangalam, is directed to hear and dispose of the suit, in O.S.No.34 of 2009, within a specified period. 2. Taking into consideration the nature of the suit and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, the learned District Munsif, Sathyamangalam, is directed to hear and dispose of the suit, in O.S.No.34 of 2009, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of ten months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order. 3. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
