Judgment :- At this stage of the hearing of the Writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice if the petitioner is permitted to identify his materials lying at the construction site, at Subramaniya Siva Co-operative Sugar Mills Ltd., Gopalapuram, Allapuram Post, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District and if the petitioner is permitted to make representation for removing the same and if the second respondent is directed to dispose of the same, on merits, within a specified time, as fixed by this Court. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for this Court passing such an order. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the petitioner is permitted to identify his materials lying at Subramaniya Siva Co-operative Sugar Mills Ltd., Gopalapuram, Allapuram Post, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District, on 29.01.2010 and to submit a representation to the second respondent, thereafter. On such representation being submitted, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. 5. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
