Judgment :- At this stage of the hearing of the Civil Miscellaneous Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if this Court directs the learned District Munsif, Poonamallee, to dispose of the suit, in O.S.No.608 of 2006 pending on his file, within a specified period. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has no objection for such an order, being passed by this Court. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the learned District Munsif, Poonamallee, is directed to hear and dispose of the suit, in O.S.No.608 of 2006, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order. This Civil Revision petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
