Judgment :- The petitioner has come forward to file the present Writ Petition seeking to challenge the order of the 4th respondent Sale Officer of the Primary Agricultural and Land Development Bank, Krishnagiri dated 27.10.2003. By the said notice, the petitioners landed property brought for sale. 2. The Writ Petition was admitted on 29.12.2003. Subsequently, though interim stay was granted, subsequently on 20.3.2008, the said application and the direction application came to be dismissed for default. 3. On notice from this court, the 4th respondent has filed a counter affidavit dated 15.4.2004. In the counter affidavit, it is stated that the petitioner has borrowed a sum of Rs.4,06,000/- for purchase of TATA 709 Goods Vehicle. Because of the default in payment, even as on 29.12.2003, he has due of Rs.7,91,110/-. 4. This Court cannot entertain such a Writ Petition. Since the relationship between the petitioner and the 4th respondent is purely contractual, this Court is not inclined to entertain with such contractual relationship. If any unjust demand is made by the society, there are enough remedies under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act. 5. In the light of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
