Judgment : This Civil Revision Petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to direct the learned District Munsif, Perambalur to dispose of the interlocutory application, in I.A.No.335 of 2009, in O.S.No.145 of 2009, as expeditiously as possible. 2. On 24.03.2010, this Court had ordered issuance of notice to the respondent, regarding admission, returnable in two weeks. Service of private notice had also been permitted. 3. After service of private notice on the respondent, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners had also filed an affidavit of service, before the registry of this Court and the name of the respondent had been printed in the cause list. However, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent, either in person or through a counsel. In such circumstances, as none of the legal rights of the respondent would be adversely affected, this Court finds it appropriate to direct the learned District Munsif, Perambalur, to dispose of the interlocutory application, in I.A.No.335 of 2009, in O.S.No.145 of 2009, as expeditiously as possible, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
