Hon'ble Shri Narayan Shukla,J. Hon'ble Shabihul Hasnain,J. Heard Sri K.K. Seth, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Advocate. The petitioner has challenged the first information report registered as Case Crime No. 88/2010, under Sections 363/366 IPC, Police Station Koharaur, District Pratapgarh. 2. The petitioner has annexed the marriage certificate dated 23.4.2010 issued by the Secretary of the Arya Samaj Mandir which establishes that she has married with the petitioner Man Singh. Girl, namely Raj Kumari is present in the court and admits her marriage with Man Singh. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, we are of the view that no offense is made out against the petitioner, therefore, we hereby quash the First Information Report registered as Case Crime No. 88/2010, under Sections 363/366 IPC, Police Station Koharaur, District Pratapgarh. The writ petition is allowed.
