Order This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to provide pension and arrear of N.C.WA VII, difference of V.R.S. and gratuity as per N.C.W.A. VII with statutory interest. 2. It is submitted that the petitioner is entitled to the said claims as per NCWA VII, but inspite of repeated requests, they are not being paid. 3. Counsel for the C.C.L. submitted that he is not in a position to accept or controvert the statements made in the writ petition in the absence of the counter affidavit. However, he submitted that the matter can be looked into circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation to respondent no.5-Project Officer who will look into the matter. If it is found that any claim/part of it is legally tenable/ payable, the respondent no. 5 will take necessary steps in that regard. If, however, any claim/part of it is not found tenable/payable, the reasons thereof should be communicated to the petitioner. This exercise should be completed within six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case of the parties. 6. With these observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. However, no costs.
