Judgment :- 1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to direct the District Munsif- cum- Judicial Magistrate, Portonovo to dispose of the suit, in O.S.No.34 of 2007, in accordance with law, within a reasonable time, as fixed by this Court. 2. On 15.03.2010, this Court had issued a notice regarding admission to the respondents, returnable in two weeks. Service of private notice had also been permitted. This Civil Revision Petition has been listed today, with the names of the respondents printed in the cause list, as the petitioner had served the private notice on the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, in the suit, in O.S.No.34 of 2007. 3. In view of the fact that the petitioner had sought for a limited prayer and since, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents herein, this Court finds it appropriate to direct the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Portonovo, to dispose of the suit, in O.S.No.34 of 2007, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
