JUDGMENT Nirmaljit Kaur, J. (Oral):-This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 32 dated 29.04.2007 under Section 302, 363-A, 365, 201, 34 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Budhladha, District Mansa. 2. The present petitioner is in fact the complainant. It is also admitted that there is no allegation against the petitioner either by the father of the girl or any of the family members of the girl. Still, the present petitioner was arrested on 20.12.2009 only on the alleged extra judicial confession made by him to one Mohinder Kaur. The said Mohinder Kaur was, in fact, cited as an accused by the complainant and an application to that effect against Mohinder Kaur and the police officials was moved before the Human Rights Commission. 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC-Naib Singh, states that there is no other evidence collected against the present petitioner except the alleged extra-judicial confession. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Illaqa Magistrate/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mansa. ------------
