Judgment :- Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the appellants sought the permission of this Court to withdraw these appeals as settled out of Court and to that effect he has also made an endorsement. 2. Recording the said submission and the endorsement made, these appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petitions are closed.
