ORDER 1. Pursuant to the report filed by CEC as regards the property owned and possessed by Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., a sum of Rs.14,71,98,590 was deposited as NPV and the deposit of this amount has been confirmed by the 9 learned counsel appearing for the State. 2. We have passed an interim order of status quo restraining the petitioners from further construction on the lands and also not to create third party rights. That interim order is vacated. The petitioners are at liberty to go on with the construction and complete it. The direction of not to create third party rights is also vacated. This order is subject to the order, if any, to be passed by MOEF in this regard and also subject to the final outcome of this matter. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will not claim any a refund of the amount so deposited. 4. List this matter after six weeks. 5. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant in IA No. 10 prays for leave to withdraw this IA. Permission granted. 6. IA No. 10 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to b file another IA in the SLP. Court Masters
