JUDGMENT 1. - Grievance of petitioner is that despite of issuance of allotment order dated 1.5.1993, petitioner has not been given possession of the land in question. He made representation in that regard to respondents vide Annexure-7 dated 19.2.2010, yet no heed has been paid. It is stated that petitioner wants to make further representation to the competent authority for giving possession, however, an observation may be made for taking action pursuant to allotment order dated 1.5.1993 within a reasonable period because matter is quite old and petitioner has unnecessarily been harassed by respondents. 2. In view of prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents that if petitioner makes a representation, it may be taken up and keeping in mind order dated 1.5.1993, necessary decision may be taken within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the representation. It is expected that respondents will take action pursuant to the direction of this Court and in case, if any difficult comes, they would be at liberty to make an application before this court clarifying their position.Writ Petition Disposed of as Above. *******
