Judgment :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents had stated that the respondents have no objection for this Court directing the respondents to furnish the application, as prayed for by the petitioner. 3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the first respondent is directed to furnish the application, as prayed for by the petitioner, on the petitioner paying the necessary charges. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
