Judgment :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made an endorsement stating that the above revision petition is not pressed, to that effect he has also made an endorsement. 2. Recording the said submission and the endorsement made, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressing. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
