JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the relevant material placed before me. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that co-accused Dholya @ Jitendra has been released on bail by a coordinate bench of this Court by order dated 11.12.09. 3. Considering the rival submissions and looking to all the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it proper to release the accused-applicant on bail under Section 439 Criminal Procedure Code. 4. It is, therefore, ordered that the applicant Pradeep S/o Raisingh in F.I.R. No. 566/09 registered at Police Station Behror district Alwar be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- together with two surety bonds in the amount of Rs. 10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.Petition allowed. *******
