Judgment :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that this Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to move the appropriate authority, as per law and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 4. Based on the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and in view of the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that it would be open to the petitioner to move the appropriate authority, with regard to the reliefs sought for in the present writ petition, as per the relevant provisions of law. No costs Consequently, connected writ petition miscellaneous petition is closed.
