JUDGMENT Jaswant Singh J. (Oral):- Prayer under Section 438 Cr. PC is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.55 dated 4.3.2010 under Sections 323,324,326,379,451,148,149 IPC, PS Sadar, Rama Mandi, Distt. Jalandhar. 2. As per allegations in the FIR, the petitioner alongwith his co-accused went to the shop of complainant where co-accused of the petitioner inflicted 3 injuries to the complainant, with a sharp edged weapon and out of these three injuries, one has been considered to be serious. 3. Learned counsel states that in view of the role ascribed to the petitioner that he caught hold of the arms of complainant, he deserves the concession of bail. 4. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, I find no ground to grant concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. In fact, by catching hold of complainant from his arms, petitioner made the complainant handicapped to save himself from the onslaught of the co-accused who was inflicting injuries with a sharp edged weapon. 5. No ground to extend the concession of anticipatory bail is made out. Dismissed. ----------
