JUDGMENT Pursuant to the Order dated 13.1.2010, the case is listed today. 2. Sri R.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pankaj Saxena, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents are present. 3. Sri Pankaj Saxena states that a supplementary counter affidavit bringing on record the instructions received by him, as mentioned in the Order dated 13.1.2010, has already been filed on behalf of the respondents in the Registry on 13.1.2010. The Office is directed to trace the same and place it on record. 4. Sri Saxena has produced before the Court, a copy of the said Supplementary Counter Affidavit. A perusal of the said Supplementary Counter Affidavit shows that the same contains averments in-corporating the instructions received by Sri Saxena, as mentioned in the Order dated 13.1.2010. 5. It is, interalia, further averred in the said Supplementary Counter Affidavit that final settlement of pensionary benefits related to the petitioner to the tune of Rs. 4,89,343/- has been directed to be released by the concerned Bank, which is to be deposited in the concerned Bank Accounts of the petitioner. 6. Sri R.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has also obtained instructions from the petitioner, and the aforesaid averments made in the Supplementary Counter Affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents are correct, and the reliefs prayed for by the petitioner in the Writ Petition stand granted. 7. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the reliefs prayed for in the Writ Petition stand granted, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition. 8. The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
