Judgment :- This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Certiorari challenging the order of the 2nd respondent, in Lr.No.A5/16406/04, dated 28.02.2004 and quash the same. 2.At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents have placed before this Court an order, dated 05.04.2006, made in W.P.No.31186 of 2005, wherein an order passed by the Housing Board to evict the petitioner from the premises in question has been set aside. The learned counsels for the respondents had submitted that this Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has not refuted the submissions made by the learned counsels for the respondents. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
