Judgment :- C.NAGAPPAN, J. 1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation dated 4.6.2010 has been given by the petitioner, namely, the father of the prisoner B.Velmurugan and the prisoner himself wants to give representation to the Superintendent of Central Prison, Cuddalore seeking for parole and liberty may be given to that effect. The submission is recorded. 2. The Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. Liberty sought for is granted.
